LoanLIST API The LoanLIST API was expanded to include Originator data. The set-up instructions for either new or existing API participants are as follows: For Secondary Market participants new to the LoanLIST API, use the LoanLIST API Instructional Guide to establish service, following submission of a signed Intercompany Service Agreement (ISA) form and approval from SBA.
